My Guarantee

I will always be clear and transparent with my assessments and advice. I will never make guarantees about behaviour, as it is not ethical or honest to do so. What I can promise is that my methods are based on scientific principles and do not use anything that we call ‘aversive’. This means something that the dog finds unpleasant, painful or scary. I am also fully insured with both Public Liability and Public Indemnity insurance ensuring safety for you, your dog and myself.
